LETS GET STARTED WITH THESE STEPS
There are a couple of options on how you can journal for nutrition coaching.
- You can print, write well, scan and email back.
- You can use google docs. Please save and either upload or send me a link.
- You can also use the word doc to print and email back or to fill out and save, email back.
- PLEASE PLEASE be mindful of writing well. Being accurate.
- This is a thorough journal . This information is very beneficial. I know it is a lot of work. Stick with it, it will help. You can use MFP to help you fill in the blanks and what not.
