What we have on the PLAN!!!
🔆TRAINING PEAKS SPRINT TRI PLAN – We will be utilizes the free app Training Peaks. This is a great tool as it easily works with most watches if you have one. It’s a wonderful tool to learn and use to see progression, communicate with your coaches if you would like. So many things that it can do for you to make triathlon-ing easier. There is a premium version that allows for more communication options and calendar planning on your part as well as a lot of other techy stuff that isn’t needed in the very beginning.
🔆Wolfpack Tri Club : Cubs – We will be supporting you in a Facebook coaching group/forum where we will be guiding you through the 90 days to Race Day. We will be doing videos and coaching sessions for you within this group. This will be an invaluable place to be as you can ask questions, meet other folks that are new to the triathlon fun and get feedback and ideas from others. Guided by coaches that are experienced, that will keep the Basics in mind and help you navigate the learning curve. There are discounts and other benefits with this as well!!!
🔆Optional In Person Sessions – For those that are local to us, we will extend invites to you to join us for swim / bike / run and yoga / strength sessions. We ask for a minimal session fee or you can purchase a punch card. This would be particularly useful for those needing to learn to swim, swim better, etc. 🙂 We are masters at helping those new to swimming learn to swim calm and strong. With speed and such coming later.
🔆WHAT IS NEXT– We will be happy to help you with year/race planning and taking that next step if you feel inspired to continue with Triathlon. We have a Wolfpack Tri Club available, other coaching options, nutrition coaching and all sorts of other cool programs to help you reach all your goals.

I have been with Coach BK since March 2019. I have never had a coach before so I didn’t know what to expect. She is BEYOND amazing. She is so knowledgeable and a great teacher. I used to finish every workout prior to working with her dumb, confused and out of sorts- not anymore!
