1. Thank you for your paypal payment!
2. Training Peaks. Download the app on your phone. Create a basic account for starters. I will manage the rest based on your coaching agreement/requests.
3. On your desktop computer, login to Training Peaks. Go to settings, coaches and request me to be your coach, “[email protected]”.
NOTE: We would prefer to not share your training peaks account with other coaches. If you have an old one in there, please delete before requesting us as your coach. Email me if you have other thoughts or needs. [email protected]
4. Subscribe to this email list to get updates and important info about the program. SUBSCRIBE HERE
5. Join the closed Facebook Group. JOIN HERE
6. Optional but not really. Think about syncing Garmin Connect with Training Peaks (google sync Garmin connect with Training Peaks or use the app). And Training Peaks with MyFitnessPal.
(Be careful to not sync MyFitnessPal with both Garmin Connect and Training Peaks, things will be duplicate)
7. Optional. Garmin Connect. Connect with me, look for CoachBK. I can add you to my coaching group to see your Garmin data. You privacy preferences need to be set to “connections/group” or “group”.
8. Perhaps optional. Once you have your heart rate zones calculated, you will use Garmin Connect to enter your Heart Rate Zones and sync to your Garmin. I have added a video to help you. Disregard if this does not apply to you.
