LETS GET STARTED WITH THESE STEPS


There are a couple of options on how you can journal for nutrition coaching.

  1. You can print, write well, scan and email back.
  2. You can use google docs. Please save and either upload or send me a link.
  3. You can also use the word doc to print and email back or to fill out and save, email back.
  4. PLEASE PLEASE be mindful of writing well. Being accurate.
  5. This is a thorough journal . This information is very beneficial. I know it is a lot of work. Stick with it, it will help. You can use MFP to help you fill in the blanks and what not.
  6. If you need extra help calorie counting and understanding what to put in for these things, message me.
